During the period the average number of employees was 2.

  2. Financial Commitments Note

Plant and machinery acquired from director on incorporation (1 April 2025) On incorporation, the company acquired plant and machinery from the director, which had previously been used in the director’s sole trade. An election under CAA 2001 s.266 was made for the transfer to take place at the asset’s tax written-down value. The asset had originally qualified for 100% Annual Investment Allowance (AIA) in the sole trade. As a result, the tax written-down value at the date of transfer was £nil. Accordingly, no amount has been transferred into the company’s capital allowances pool and no capital allowances claim has been made by the company in respect of this asset. The asset has been recognised in the company’s statutory accounts at the agreed transfer price of £650. The accounting carrying value does not give rise to a capital allowances claim, as the tax value transferred under the CAA 2001 s.266 election was £nil.
