2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and on the going concern basis. Turnover is stated net of value added tax. Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation, provided at 30% per annum on cost, on a straight line basis, pro-rated monthly from the month of acquisition, down to an estimated residual value of 10% of cost.
