Inclusive Adventures CIC organised and facilitated a range of inclusive community activities and social events for people with learning disabilities, additional needs, families and carers. Activities during the financial year included pottery painting, a NearyNogs chocolate factory tour, an Irish language lesson, an alpaca trekking experience and a Hocus Pocus cinema event. These activities provided opportunities for people who may experience barriers to participating in community and social activities to meet others, develop connections, experience new activities and enjoy positive time together. The activities promoted inclusion, reduced social isolation and supported people’s physical, mental and social wellbeing. The company also worked with local businesses and community organisations to create accessible opportunities and strengthen connections within the local community.
