Principal activities of the company

The charity's principal objectives are to work towards the elimination of discrimination in all its forms across the West of Scotland. To reduce inequality and promote a culture of equality, inclusion, and human rights. To foster positive community relations among people from all communities living in the West of Scotland. To provide education and training that supports the elimination of discrimination in all its forms.

For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

7. Financial Commitments

At 31st March 2026 the charity has annual commitments under a non-cancellable operating lease for a photocopier/server. The annual commitment is £7368 until expiry of the lease in 2027.
