The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 9 (previous period: 6).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
The company has a mortgage with HSBC secured on the freehold property. The balance as at 31st July 2026 was £516,171 (2025: £542,796). The company also has a loan with HSBC, the balance on this loan as at 31st July 2026 was £42,167 (2025: £88,167). The Directors have a personal guarantee with HSBC for the mortgage and loan. During the year, the company entered in to a loan with Funding circle for which the Directors provided a personal Guarantee. The balance on this loan as at 31st July 2026 was £69,300.
