The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
The director has considered the prospects of the business for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements and has a reasonable expectation that the company will continue to meet its obligations as they fall due. At 30 September 2025 the company had net liabilities of £79,013 (2024: £57,036) and was financed principally by a loan from the director of £59,764. The director has confirmed his continued financial support and that he will not seek repayment of his loan until the company is able to repay it without detriment to other creditors. On this basis, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
