COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

NURTUREWILD CIC

Company Number: 13756493 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 November 2025

Company activities and impact

During this financial year, the company wrapped up the ‘Nurturing Roots’ project with the funding received in the previous financial year. The project had mostly come to a close at the end of the previous financial year, however there was still some spending and delayed invoices to pay. The company then had a pause in activity whilst spending a bit of time applying for more funding pots for the following financial year. We also undertook a project evaluation for the Heritage Lottery fund to further assess the impact of the project and to inform future projects and funding applications.

Consultation with stakeholders

Our primary stakeholders are the community to which we are offering our services. Stakeholders also include our funders and organisations that we were in collaboration with. We had communications with our funders - The Heritage lottery fund, to finalise the project and complete an evaluation. During this we also spoke to our project participants and the other people and organisations we worked alongside in order to gain feedback on the project.

Directors' remuneration

Remuneration was received by Nadia Clarke, for administration time spent on the project as a self employed contractor, also for running a craft workshop during the project for the participants. This can be found in the accounts.

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
