Development expenditure directly attributable to the construction of the project is capitalised as assets under construction until
the asset is ready for its intended use. Assets under construction are not depreciated but are reviewed for impairment.

The directors have considered the company’s financial position and future cash flow requirements. The company is continuing with the development of solar energy systems and related infrastructure, and the directors expect that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due through continued financial support from its shareholders and/or directors.

On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.
For the year ending 31/03/2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
