ART THERAPY LONDON ACADEMIC CIC provides a platform for mental health support and educational exchange through the medium of creative arts. Our primary activities during this period focused on: 1.Therapeutic Practice: Facilitating art-based sessions (incorporating visual arts, music, and movement) to assist individuals in managing mental pain and enhancing emotional resilience. 2.Educational Outreach: Hosting lectures and knowledge-sharing workshops aimed at educating the public and art therapy enthusiasts on the clinical and social benefits of creative therapy. 3.International Community Building: Organizing cross-border study tours and academic exchanges between the UK and China. These initiatives provided participants with unique perspectives on global mental health practices and fostered a diverse community of learners.
