Notes to the Financial Statements
1. General Information
RC Advisors (UK) Private Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 16060086 . The registered office is Apartment 2.3 And 2.4, 19-22 Trevor Square, London, SW7 1DT.

2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).

The significant accounting policies applied in the preparation of these financial statements are set out below. These policies have been consistently applied to all years presented unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
At 31 March 2026, the balance sheet showed net current liabilities and a net deficit of £17,954. The parent company has given an undertaking to financially support the company for at least 12 months from the date of signature on the balance sheet. The situation will be reviewed after this time. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
2.3. Financial Instruments
Financial assets and financial liabilities are recognised when the company becomes a party to the contractual provisions of the financial instrument.
Cash and cash equivalents
These comprise cash at bank.
Debtors
Debtors do not carry any interest and are stated at their nominal value. Appropriate allowances for estimated irrecoverable amounts are recognised in the profit and loss account when there is objective evidence that the asset is impaired.
Trade creditors
Trade creditors are not interest bearing and are stated at their nominal value.
2.4. Taxation
Taxation for the period comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the income statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity.
Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted.
Current tax recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing difference that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date.
Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in the tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in the financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the period end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference.
Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits.
2.5. Provisions and accruals
Provisions are recognised when there is a present legal or constructive obligation as a result of past events and the amount can be reliably estimated. Provisions are not recognised for future operating losses.

The company's immediate parent undertaking is RC Advisors Private Limited by virtue of its ownership of 100% of the issued share capital in the company.
The company's ultimate controlling party is Rajeev Chandrasekhar.
7. Audit Information
The auditor's report on the accounts of RC Advisors (UK) Private Limited for the period ended 31 March 2026, signed on 10 August 2026, was unqualified.
