As a limited company, the organisation has only been active since the date of incorporation on 25 July 2025 to the end of the accounting period on 31st December 2025. The new company structure followed many years when activities were undertaken as an unincorporated association which was dissolved and activities transferred into the new company on incorporation.
The financial assets of the historic unincorporated association were transferred to the new company on incorporation. This explains the financial reserves of the new company at the Balance Sheet date 31st December 2025 despite the operating loss reported in the Profit and Loss Account.
