Simon Europe Limited advanced an inter-company loan to Simon Corrugating Machinery Limited during the year ended 31 March 2004. The outstanding amount repayable on this loan as at 31 March 2026 was £49,999. Simon Corrugating Machinery Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Simon Europe Limited and is registered in England and Wales.
