for the Period Ended 31 December 2025
During the year, we continued to support women involved in the production of our products in South India through sustainable employment and skills development opportunities. We remain committed to maintaining ethical supply chains and creating positive social impact within the communities we work with. In addition, we provided approximately £118,000 of support to five UK charities and charitable organisations, including Hopscotch Women's Centre, Food Behind Bars, University of the Arts London's Centre for Sustainable Fashion, Body & Soul, and Fat Macy's, supporting a range of community and social initiatives across the UK.
The company worked with stakeholders in our community to identify community priorities and trusted organisations delivering impact. We worked closely with these organisations’ leadership and beneficiaries to identify critical needs where re-wrap could support the organisations in delivering impact. These influenced our approach to partnership to help us deliver impact with our partner organisations. At Hopscotch, we drew on our experience with building sustainable employment to support the organisation’s pre-employment program. This programme met a key gap in the market in supporting women to prepare for seeking and securing employment. At Food Behind Bars, we worked closely with the leadership team to refine their platform approach to service provision to ensure their solution could reach beneficiaries in need where they are. With UAL, we co-created a problem scope to address a need both of our organisations saw in the fashion ecosystem of building sustainable fashion futures. With Body & Soul, we built on in-house research in mental health and the local community to identify key support services beneficiaries needed, and worked with Body & Soul to support them in providing alumni support. In the case of Fat Macy’s, we consulted their beneficiaries and program team to understand what critical capacity gaps the organization was facing, and worked with them to meet those needs.
No remuneration was received
During the year, the company made cash donations totalling £ 117,987 for the benefit of the community. Contributions were made to Hopscotch Women's Centre (£7,986.50), Food Behind Bars (£15,000), the University of the Arts London's (UAL) Centre for Sustainable Fashion (£20,000), Body & Soul (£50,000), and Fat Macy's (£25,000). These donations helped support a range of programmes focused on wellbeing, education, sustainability, and practical assistance for individuals facing social and economic challenges.
