1 Statutory information

2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
During the year, the company made advances to the director of £73,144, of which £71,630 was repaid during the year. Interest was charged on the average outstanding balance at a rate of 3.75%. The amount outstanding at the end of the year was £13,296. This amount was repaid before the approval and filing of these accounts.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 1 (2025: 1).
For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
