Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro- entities Regime.

Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2025:

3.
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to Mr A Smith, a director, totalling £3,474 (2024 - £6, 703). Repayments of £3,474 were made by 28 February 2025 and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 28 February 2025, was nil (2024 - £4,207). Where applicable interest has been charged at HMRC approved rate of 2.25% and are repayable on demand.
