Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2024: Nil).
2.
Going Concern
The company has amounts receivable from its parent company in the amount of £557k but the parent company has net deficiency of net assets as at the year end. This issue has been considered by the directors of the company who are also the directors of the parent company and they are confidant that the company will be able to meet its liabilities in the foreseeable future and believe that it is reasonable to prepare the accounts on going concern basis.
For the year ending 30 June 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
