The project is for a children's nursery extension. Community Benefits of the proposed nursery extension. - Provides additional nursery places for local families. - Helps meet growing demand for early years childcare within the community. - Reduces waiting lists and improves access to quality childcare in the local community. - Supports local businesses by helping employees access reliable childcare. - Supports children's social, emotional, and educational development before starting school. - Creates potential new employment opportunities within the nursery. - Generates additional spending in the local economy through staff wages and parental employment. - Maximises the use of an established community resource rather than requiring a new standalone facility. - Allows services to be expanded in a familiar and trusted environment. The additional capacity will help meet current and future demand for childcare while strengthening an important community resource.
