1.	General information

Indra Mobility UK Ltd (the company) is a limited liability company incorporated and domiciled in the United Kingdom and registered in England and Wales. The address of its registered office is Northfields, Market Deeping, Peterborough, United Kingdom, PE6 8UE.
The financial statements are prepared in Sterling (£) which is the functional currency of the company.
The financial statements are for the period from incorporation to 12 September 2025.
The company was incorporated on 12 September 2025, and the financial period under review commenced on 12 September 2025 and ended on 31 December 2025.

2.Accounting policies

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

The company was dormant throughout the current period.
