These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Additional Disclosures
The accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 were prepared under FRS 102 (Section 1A.) On transition to FRS 105 the financial statements have been restated from 1 April 2024 to reflect the simplified accounting rules of FRS 105, including removing revaluations, deferred tax, and other complex accounting treatments that are not required under FRS 105. Following restatement capital and reserves at 31 March 2025 is £45,693 (Previously £127)
