During the year the company had an outstanding balance due to The Fish Shop (Bristol) Ltd of £74,886 (2025: £50,386). The Fish Shop (Bristol) Ltd is a company under common control through its common director, Daniel Stern. The balance represents an unsecured inter-company loan, repayable on demand and interest free.
