| On 03 October 2025, subsequent to the balance sheet date, the company successfully completed a capital reduction. As a result of this process, the entire balance of the share premium account, amounting to £197,885, was reduced to £Nil. This transaction was undertaken as part of the formal process of ceasing trade and winding up the company's affairs. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |

The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
