Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, the company made loans to the Directors, which were interest-free and repayable on demand. The maximum loan to P A Hyde during the year and at the yearend was £9,964, and the maximum loan to J-L Barker-Hyde during the year and at the yearend was £10,000. Both loans were repaid in full by 24 July 2026.
