Members have not required the company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The company has opted not to file the income statement in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

1.	General information

Remy Renzullo Limited is a private company limited by shares and is incorporated in England and Wales. Its company registration number is 15135695. The registered office of the company is C/O Buzzacott LLP, 130 Wood Street, London, EC2V 6DL.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise
specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Section 1A of Financial Reporting
Standard 102, 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland' ('FRS
102') and the Companies Act 2006.

The preparation of in compliance with FRS 102 requires the use of certain critical accounting estimates. It also requires management to exercise judgement in applying the company's accounting policies.

2.2

Dormant status

The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 30 September 2025. The company has not traded during the year and received no income and incurred no expenses and therefore made neither profit nor loss.

2.3

Cash

Cash is represented by cash in hand and deposits with financial institutions repayable without penalty on notice of not more than 24 hours.
