Principal Activity
IAA-Events Limited exists to provide a dedicated vehicle through which the members, associates and friends of IAA-Advisory Limited organise fundraising events in support of charities and other worthwhile causes.
The Company's principal activity is the planning, organisation and delivery of professionally managed fundraising events, bringing together participants from across the finance and leasing industry to generate financial support for nominated charitable beneficiaries. To date, its principal event has been the annual Finance and Leasing Industry Lunch, raising funds in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The Company operates on a cost-recovery basis. Its objective is not to maximise profits for shareholders but to maximise the funds available for charitable beneficiaries whilst retaining only those resources necessary to meet the costs of organising and administering its activities.
The Directors remain committed to maintaining high standards of governance, financial stewardship and transparency, ensuring that the Company's activities continue to deliver maximum benefit for the charities it supports.

For the period ending 28 February 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
