2 Average number of employees

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year was nil (2025: nil).

3 The principal activity of the South Parade Management Company is for the owners of each individual flat to pay a monthly maintenance fee in order to maintain the upkeep of the building and general outside areas. The directors have been diligent in this matter and this financial year have continued to carry out maintenance on the property. This has enhanced the general fabric and appearance of the building both inside and outside. We shall continue to monitor the need for any further works.
