1	General information

4	Related party transactions

The company was charged management charges from Roberts Plant Engineers Limited of £12,000 (2024: £12,000), a company controlled by Mr P E Roberts, a diretor and shareholder. The company charged rent to Roberts Plant Engineers Limited of £24,000 (2024: £24,000). The amount owed by Oxalis Trading Limited to Roberts Plant Engineers Ltd was £115,417 (2024: £100,417).

For the financial year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the director has not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
