| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Going concern |
| Having reviewed the current and forecast trading performance of the company, the director is satisfied that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts and to meet it's liabilities as they fall due. |
| Significant judgements and estimates |
| The preparation of the financial statements requires management to make judgements, estimates and assumptions that affect the amounts reported. These estimates and judgements are continually reviewed and are based on experience and other factors, including expectations of future events that are believed to be reasonable under the circumstances. |
| Turnover |
| The turnover shown in the Statement of Income and Retained Earnings represents prescription income and over the counter sales made during the year, exclusive of Value Added Tax. |
| Amortisation |
| Amortisation is so as to write off the cost of an asset, less its estimated residual value, over the useful life of that asset as follows: |
