A bank loan totalling £362,637 (2025: £385,372) is secured by a fixed and floating charge over the assets of the company.

As at the balance sheet date, the company was committed to making non-cancellable operating lease payments totalling £20,000 (2025: £40,000) in respect of a leasehold property.
