The company has not traded during the year or the preceding financial period. During this time the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore no profit and loss account is presented in these financial statements.

The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to the maintenance of the common parts of the property in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from the these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the prevision of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
