The directors present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.
This report has been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
Principal activity
The principal activity of the company is the management of the property at Burbank, 71 Dukes Avenue, New Malden for the mutual benefit of the Leaseholders.

Small companies provision statement
