During the year a director received an interest free loan. The amount outstanding at the balance sheet date was £75,989 (2025 - £69,641) and was repayable on demand.

The total amount of financial commitments not included in the balance sheet is £81,966 (2025 - £2,997). This balance is made up of non-cancellable commitments in relation to land, buildings and equipment. £17,256 (2025 - £2,997) of the total balance expires not later than one year. £64,710 (2025 - £nil) of the total balance expires later than one year, but not later than five years.
