During the year the company provided an advance to the director of £9,881. This amount was repaid in full by the director within 9 months of the year end.
For the period ending 27 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
