The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 3 (previous period: 1).
Additional Disclosures
Share Option Arrangement During the year the company held rights under a share option arrangement relating to shares in a third-party company. The options were granted to the company and vest over a period ending in July 2028. The directors have considered whether the option rights meet the recognition criteria for an asset under FRS 105. As the options were acquired without cost and the directors are unable to determine a reliable measurable cost or value in accordance with FRS 105, no asset has been recognised in these financial statements. The directors will continue to assess the accounting treatment of the arrangement as further information becomes available and as additional rights vest.
