NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2026

1.

General information

Allasia Capital UK Limited is a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales. The
address of the Company's registered office is 124 Finchley Road, London, United Kingdom, NW3 5JS.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

The following principal accounting policies have been applied:

2.2

Going concern

The director, having reviewed the Company's financial performance and position up to the date
these financial statements were approved, is of the opinion that the Company has available at its
disposal, adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
While there will always remain inherent uncertainty, the director has no reason to believe that a
material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the Company to
continue as a going concern and therefore consider it both appropriate to continue to adopt the going
concern basis in preparing the Company's financial statements and to not recognise any adjustments
in the financial statements that would arise if the going concern basis were to become no longer
appropriate.

2.3

Revenue

Revenue is recognised to the extent that it is probable that the economic benefits will flow to the Company and the revenue can be reliably measured. Revenue is measured as the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. The following criteria must also be met before revenue is recognised:

Rental Income
Investment property is rented to tenants under tenancy contracts. The rental income received is
recognised through profit or loss on a straight-line basis over the term of the contract. Any rent-free
period is spread over the period of the contract.

2.4

Finance costs

Finance costs are charged to profit or loss over the term of the debt using the effective interest method so that the amount charged is at a constant rate on the carrying amount. Issue costs are initially recognised as a reduction in the proceeds of the associated capital instrument.

2.5

Investment properties

Investment properties are carried at fair value determined annually by the director and derived from the current market rents and investment property yields for comparable real estate, adjusted if necessary for any difference in the nature, location or condition of the specific asset. No depreciation is provided. Changes in fair value are recognised in profit or loss.

2.Accounting policies (continued)

2.6

Debtors

Short-term debtors are measured at transaction price, less any impairment. Loans receivable are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method, less any impairment.

2.7

Cash and cash equivalents

Cash is represented by cash in hand and deposits with financial institutions repayable without penalty on notice of not more than 24 hours. Cash equivalents are highly liquid investments that mature in no more than three months from the date of acquisition and that are readily convertible to known amounts of cash with insignificant risk of change in value.

2.8

Creditors

Short-term creditors are measured at the transaction price. Other financial liabilities, including loans, are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method.
