2Accounting Policies

Other accounting policies
The £37,500 received during the accounting period has been treated as a Long Term Loan based on the documentation on hands as of 30 September 2026. There is an ongoing discussion between the Directors of the Company on an alternative treatment but it will be addressed in the accounts for year ending 30 September 2026. This remains on all account a Balance Sheet item without any impact on the Profit & Loss Account.
