COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

LEAD32 CIC

Company Number: 16137697 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 December 2025

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, LEAD32 CIC established its website, LinkedIn presence and online Resource Hub, publishing practical insights for professionals and students working across international development, humanitarian action and related public-interest fields. Content included project-management analysis, reviews of UNDP project pipelines and an interview with a UNDP professional on carbon markets in the DRC, helping make specialist experience and lessons more accessible to the wider community. LEAD32 also engaged directly with UN and NGO professionals to build relationships, understand community needs and lay the foundations for future knowledge-sharing, collaboration and advisory support.

Consultation with stakeholders

LEAD32 CIC’s stakeholders include professionals working across the UN, NGOs and related public-interest organisations, as well as aspiring professionals seeking to enter these fields. During the year, the company undertook informal stakeholder engagement through direct outreach on LinkedIn to better understand areas of interest and identify opportunities for knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Responses varied and, in many cases, did not lead to further activity. However, engagement with a UNDP professional resulted in a substantive discussion and a published interview, allowing their practical experience and insights to be shared with the wider LEAD32 community.
