For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors' responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476;
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 1 (2025: 1).
Director Advances Credits Note
During the year the company had transactions with its director, Richard Docherty, whereby the opening balance on the loan account was £14,079 (Credit) . A further £191 was advanced to the director, who subsequently repaid £562 of the original amount. At the year end the balance on the director's loan account was £14,449 (Credit). The loan carried no interest, was unsecured, and was repayable on demand. No guarantees were provided to or on behalf of the director during the year, and no other advances, credits, or guarantees were made to directors.
