The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the company. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.

At 31 December 2025, Sussex Place Ventures Limited was the immediate parent of the smallest and largest group of which the company is a member. Sussex Place Ventures Limited is registered in England and Wales and does not prepare consolidated financial statements.

The company has no ultimate controlling party and no entity prepares consolidated financial statements that include the company.
