The directors have determined that it is not appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis as they intend to cease the company's activities and wind up its affairs. Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. Assets have been stated at their estimated recoverable amounts and provision has been made for liabilities and costs expected to arise in the course of winding up the company.

The Directors consider that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
