1. Employee numbers

The average number of employees during the year was 1 (2025: 1 ).

2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

Included within debtors at the year end is a directors loan account of £22,510 (2025: £30,716). The maximum total overdrawn balance during the year was £43,561. Interest of £1,191 was charged at the official rate.

For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:
