1 Statutory information
Datacove Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 12999794. The registered office is Floor 6, Tower Point, 44 North Road, Brighton, BN1 1YR, England.
2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
The company lent funds to the directors during the year. As at the year end 30th November 2025 the director - J Horne owed the company £76.70 and the director - S Horne owed the company £0. The loans were interest free with repayment date within 9 months of year end. The loans are included in the statement of financial position within current assets. As at the prior year end 30th November 2024, the company owed £563.83 to the director - J Horne and owed £626.00 to the director - S Horne. The funds owed to the director are included in the statement of financial position within creditors - amounts falling due within one year.

During the year the average number of employees was 6 (2024: 5).

For the year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
