The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Following the year end, the Company ceased trading and the business activities were transferred to another company under common ownership. Certain fixed assets were transferred subsequent to the reporting date at market value, with the consideration credited to the director's loan account. As the transfer occurred after the reporting date, no adjustment has been made to the amounts recognised in these financial statements. The directors intend to apply for voluntary strike-off of the Company following settlement of all outstanding liabilities and completion of the transfer of remaining assets and balances.
