Basis of preparation The company ceased trading on 14 August 2026 and the directors intend to seek the company’s removal from the register. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern. Assets have been stated at their estimated recoverable amounts and liabilities include all amounts expected to arise from the cessation of the company’s activities.
