Director's advances, credits and guarantees
Included within debtors due within one year is a loan to the director totalling £6,169 (2025: £4,151) on which interest is charged at the official rate of interest on any balance exceeding £10,000. The loan is repayable in full or in part on demand. Dividends totalling £23,500 (2025: £28,000) were paid in year in respect of shares held by the company's director.
For the year ending 30 June 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
