Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Other accounting policies
The company has net liabilities of £31 and is dependent on the continued support of its director, who does not intend to seek repayment of amounts owed to him within twelve months of the date of approval of these accounts.
