Statement of compliance

Transition to FRS 102
The company transitioned from FRS 105 to FRS 102 on 1 April 2025. No adjustments arose on transition.

Summary of significant accounting policies
The principal accounting policies applied in the preparation of these financial statements are set out below. These policies have been consistently applied to all the years presented, unless otherwise stated.
Going concern
The company made a profit for the year ended 31 March 2026 and had net assets at that date amounting to £57,565.
The company’s operations are simplistic with minimal overheads. The company meets its working capital requirements through interest-free loans from a director who has confirmed this will remain available for the foreseeable future and is not repayable until the company has sufficient resources.
On the basis of the above and after making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of the financial statements.

Revenue recognition
Revenue comprises the fair value of the consideration received or receivable for the provision of services in the ordinary course of the company's activities.
Finance income is recognised using the effective interest method and is accrued over the period to which it relates, by reference to the principal outstanding and the applicable interest rate under the relevant agreement.
Revenue is recognised when the amount can be measured reliably and it is probable that the economic benefits associated with the transaction will flow to the company.
Tax
The tax expense for the period comprises current tax. Tax is recognised in profit or loss, except that a charge attributable to an item of income or expense recognised as other comprehensive income is also recognised directly in other comprehensive income.
The current income tax charge is calculated on the basis of tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the reporting date in the countries where the company operates and generates taxable income.
Cash and cash equivalents
Cash and cash equivalents comprise cash on hand and call deposits, and other short-term highly liquid investments that are readily convertible to a known amount of cash and are subject to an insignificant risk of change in value.
Share capital
Ordinary shares are classified as equity. Equity instruments are measured at the fair value of the cash or other resources received or receivable, net of the direct costs of issuing the equity instruments. If payment is deferred and the time value of money is material, the initial measurement is on a present value basis.
