For the year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

Notes to the Financial Statements
1. General Information
Ealing Green Hospitality Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 15019233 . The registered office is Albany House, Claremont Lane, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9FQ.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.

Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in and are rounded to the nearest £1 sterling.
2.2. Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, concessions, rent free periods and value added tax. Turnover from rental income is recognised when the period of occupation has been delivered to the tenants.
2.3. Investment Properties
Investment property is included at market fair value. Gains are recognised in the income statement. Deferred taxation is provided on these gains at the rate expected to apply when the property is sold.
2.4. Financial Instruments
Financial assets and financial liabilities are recognised in the balance sheet when the company becomes a party to the contractual provisions of the instrument.Trade and other debtors and creditors are classified as basic financial instruments and measured at initial recognition at transaction price. Debtors and creditors are subsequently measured at amortised cost using the effective interest rate method. An impairment loss is recognised in the statement of income and retained earnings when there is objective evidence that the company will not be able to collect all amounts due.
Cash and cash equivalents are classified as basic financial instruments and comprise cash in hand and at bank and bank overdrafts.
Financial liabilities and equity instruments issued by the company are classified in accordance with the substance of the contractual arrangements entered into and the definitions of a financial liability and an equity instrument. An equity instrument is any contract that evidences a residual interest in the assets of the company after deducting all of its liabilities. Equity instruments issued by the company are recorded at the proceeds received, net of direct issue costs.
2.5. Foreign Currencies
Monetary assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the balance sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate of exchange ruling on the date of the transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating profit.
2.6. Cash and cash equivalents
Cash is represented by cash in hand and deposits with financial institutions repayable without penalty on notice of not more than 24 hours. Cash equivalents are highly liquid investments that mature in no more than three months from the date of acquisition and that are readily convertible to known amounts of cash with insignificant risk of change in value.
2.7. Debtors
Short term debtors are measured at transaction price, less any impairment. Loans receivable are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method, less any impairment.
2.8. Creditors
Short term creditors are measured at the transaction price. Other financial liabilities, including bank loans, are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method.

9. Related Party Transactions
The company was owed at the year end the following amounts from related parties:
£97,653 to Macromex Holding (2024 : £21,328,279), the minority shareholder of the company, in relation to amounts advanced to the company including interest at a rate of 9%, less repayments £21,364,197 during the period. Interest charged on the loans amounted to £133,571 in the period.

£32,260 from Mr D Minulescu, the PSC of the company, in relation to liabilities settled on behalf of the individual.
£1,000 from Cedar Hills Re investments Limited, the majority shareholder of the company, in relation to an intgerest free loan to the company, lessrepayment of £1,000 during the period.

10. Ultimate Controlling Party
The company is controlled by its parent company Cedar Hills Re Investments Ltd in which the controlling party is Mr D Minlescu.
