Leasehold Refurbishment – Depreciation Policy
The refurbishment and fitting-out costs incurred in relation to the Company's leased premises have been capitalised as fixtures and fittings.
The asset is depreciated on a straight-line basis over 10 years, representing the Directors' estimate of the useful economic life of the refurbishment.
Depreciation is charged to the profit and loss account from the date the asset is brought into use.
The depreciation policy is reviewed annually to ensure that the useful economic life remains appropriate.
