3. Cessation of trade
The company ceased trading on 30 June 2026 and the directors intend to apply for the company to be struck off the register once its remaining assets have been realised and all liabilities have been settled.
Accordingly, the financial statements have not been prepared on the going concern basis. They have been prepared on a cessation basis, with assets stated at their estimated recoverable amounts and liabilities recognised at the amounts expected to be required to settle them. The directors consider that no further material adjustments are required as a result of adopting this basis.
