Directors advances, credits and guarantees
There were no advances, credits and guarantees granted to the directors during the period.
Contingent Liabilities
Under a deed dated 14 February 2025, the Company acquired copyright in the Zenith One Platform from Zenith One Ltd. Consideration is 10% of net sales on qualifying customer contracts, payable monthly for 60 months and capped at £500,000 in total. Amounts are charged to the profit and loss account as they fall due. No liability has been recognised for future amounts, which depend on future sales.
Off Balance Sheet Arrangements
The company had no off-balance sheet arrangements at year-end or at any stage during the period.
Additional Disclosures
In preparing the annual accounts the directors confirm that they believe the company can continue as a going concern for at least the next 12 months from the date of these accounts. The Directors have confirmed their intention to support the continued operation of the business.
